We are Concrete Capital Investment Group (CCIG), a company originally formed as a partnership consisting of two longstanding real estate investors deciding to partner together to combine equity, assets, and expertise. CCIG was established in 2015.

CCIG was formed with a vision to combine expertise, resources, experience, and capital under one roof. We understand that deals at this level require a tremendous amount of time, resources, and trust, which is why we have pledged to work hard, smart, and long to establish a framework that will provide our investors with the returns they expect and that we feel confident we can guarantee through our selective and heavily scrutinized real estate ventures.
